I am still here!
Hi ladies, so sorry I have fallen behind in my posts, since we got back from vacation it seems we haven't stopped. First of all, today my son had out patient surgery so we were up early and at the hospital with him. Now he is resting upstairs with his cell phone by his side to call me when he needs
something. Not sure if I am going to like that set up or not.haha Next, my husband is leaving tomorrow for California, he will be flying back and forth for the next 4-6 months. For those of you that don't know, he worked in Canada from Jan - July last year so....I was not to thrilled about this news. But we are thankful that he has a job, so many people are hurting right now. And lastly, I am decorating a clients home and that has kept me extremely busy. So please keep us in your prayers that this journey that my sweeties job is taking us on will go by quickly!

Some new things
Hi Ladies, hope everyone is enjoying the last couple of weeks of spring, it feels like summer here, in the 90's, way to hot! I have been extremely busy since we got home from vacation. I am decorating a clients dining and living room, it's been really fun, she loves Tuscan and so do I, that makes the job very easy! Plus....I have a friend who is teaching me to sew, I have always wanted to learn but just didn't get it. I even took home economics in high school and my Mom could sew anything, well...I made my first skirt, it's actually for my niece Andrea, how did I do?
This is a beautiful gift from my garden, I am going to try and dry it so I can make an arrangement with it.
Well friends this is all for today, hope everyone has a beautiful and blessed day!
hugs,
Regina
Here is a shelf that my father in law made me a couple of years ago that sits at the top of our stairs. I added and took away a couple of things. Below are the before and after results. If you can see the tray on top, I mod podged napkins on the tray. Sorry I couldn't get a better picture, it was the best I could do without falling down the stairs.
Well friends this is all for today, hope everyone has a beautiful and blessed day!
hugs,
Regina

Back from Montana
Hi all,
We are back from Montana. Got back last week and haven't had a chance to do any blogging this week. Here are some of the pictures that I promised of our trip. More will follow as we get them from my cousin who went with us. She has a much better camera that ours and her pics should be fantastic, but ours aren't so bad. Anyway, hope you all enjoy looking at them as much as we did taking them.
Gotta go for now, but I will place more photos on as I get time.
Blessings to all,
Regina

Here I am in from of the West entrance of Yellowstone in West Yellowstone. |
Here is my hubby. This is the 1st day at the park. |
This is the first picturesque view of the mountains as you get into the park from the west entrance. This is only the first of thousands of beautiful views like this. |
Here is one that is scratching his head on this small tree. |
One of several Elk we saw. He was right next to the roadway. |
This is a shot of the largest waterfall in the park. It is at the grand canyon of Yellowstone. Notice the snow? Boy, we sure did. It was sooooo cold! |
Here's the infamous standoff between the two that lasted for about 2 minutes. |
Here we are at the top of the drive to Big Sky resort. They wouldn't let us go any further, thus the stop sign behind us. What you can't see is the guard shack and guard to the left of us. |
This is the north entrance to Yellowstone. This is where they dedicated the park in 1872. |
My husband at...well, you can read where we were for this photo. |
Me at the same place but with the mountains in the background. |
Another red dog. They were all over the park. |
I forgot the name of this small geyser, but it was one of the prettiest ones we saw. |
Here is a bald eagle. We couldn't get a great shot of him because he was so far away and our camera wouldn't zoom in that close. |
Two mallard ducks. Just more of the great wildlife there. |
Here is a crane in the river. I didn't know there was any there in Montana. |
I think the hubby liked the FJ Cruiser. Just take a look at the grin on his face. |
This is a little close huh? The buffalo will walk right past your car door at times, blocking traffic for long periods at a time. |
One of the many hot springs in the park. |
Blessings to all,
Regina
